Refund policy
Free returns within 30 days of delivery, sale items included. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return any item, including items bought on sale. We send you a prepaid return label, so returning an item costs you nothing.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received it, with its tags and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Boots are shipped carefully wrapped, without a shoe box: please send them back well protected.
How to return an item
- Email us at contactorlania@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We confirm the return and send you a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Send the parcel back. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our free 30-day returns already include this right and go beyond it: write to us at contactorlania@gmail.com and we send you the prepaid return label.
Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away, with a photo, if an item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you on your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card company may need a few more days to show the refund. If you have not seen it after that time, write to us at contactorlania@gmail.com.
Items we cannot accept
Items returned worn, washed, damaged or without their tags cannot be accepted.Furthermore, items purchased during a promotional period are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
